The Residence of Springs.

This is the building of the old rooms noted for their wood-carved motifs, which were typical decorative features of the Neo-Herreriano style in the first quarter of the 20th Century. The residence forms part of the main facade and has tree levels with 19th large rooms, housing 2 stores, a kitchen, a meeting-room, a library plus 15 bedrooms and apartments. It can hold 30 people and plays host to the Center of Theatre Practice during all the year as well as to the students of the School of Summer Practice in these months.

La Residencia forma parte de la fachada principal y posee tres alturas con diecinueve estancias, que albergan dos almacenes, una cocina, una sala de reuniones, una biblioteca y quince dormitorios y apartamentos. La Residencia con una capacidad para treinta personas, acoge al colectivo del Centro de Prácticas Teatrales durante todo el año así como los alumnos de la Escuela de Prácticas Estivales durante los meses de verano.
